After arriving at the luxurious resort the women take a boat ride to an isolated island where they can bask in the sun and sand - and it's there that the nightmare begins. The captain of the boat forgets to pick the girls up, leaving them stranded and forcing them to use a deserted house as a makeshift shelter. Then, one by one, the girls start to vanish. With Carina's big day the last thing on the girls minds they start to wonder whether they will see out the night...
